• 2-5 years of experience in Asp.net platform (C#, ASP.NET, XML, Visual Studio 2008/2010, .NET)
• Understand, translate and convey business needs within and outside the team
• Use SEI/CMM quality model to use and embody best coding, designing and maintenance practices

• Be able to work directly with the Clients and manage self's and team's workload and deliveries and be good in algorithms, logic, debugging and deployment.
• Work on more than one projects in parallel and handle all internal/external communication
• SQL Server programming including Stored Procedures, User Defined Functions and query optimization
• Must have programming & application architecture design using C# and should possess good in communication skills.
