Amar has more than 19 years of experience in Information technology working in many positions, such as Chief Information Officer, Technology Operations Director, Information Security Officer, Senior Analyst and more. His experience spans many years with top Wall street firms, Banks, Technology Startups and Educational institutions.
As CIO and Technical Operations Director in previous engagements, Amar successfully managed and improved systemic efficiencies with a net boost in performance and IT security while reducing the expenses for the Clients. Amar has a focused and desciplined approach to analyze Client's processes and business model to find room for improvements and growth by leveraging technology as a tool. Amar did his Masters in Technology from IETE, and Masters in Mathematics from IIT Delhi.
Gregory Thornton

Mr. Thornton holds a Masters in Computer Science with a concentration in electronic engineering. He has held positions from bench tech to technical manager, I.T. director and ultimately Chief Technology Officer at fortune 500 companies and finally CEO and founder of Competech.
Mr. Thornton founded his first company in 1996, Competech Computer & Network Services. CCNS managed the technology of local small and medium sized businesses, Government offices, schools, Hospitals and Health Centers. In 2003 Mr. Thornton founded Competech SmartCard Solutions and began developing smart card applications and solutions. As our experience and contacts were strong in health care, we developed our flagship product “the HealthSmartID card system” and began making inroads into the Health Information Technology space.
Dr Jean-Michel Locarnini

Dr. Jean-Michel Locarnini, a Swiss citizen, is currently the President and CEO of Knowledge Economy, an international company specialized in value creation and value management. He is also an active shareholder of the Swiss African Business Center; a company specialized in supporting technology transfer to African countries and of FuelSage International; a company providing fuel management support across Africa.
Prior to this he has been the President and CEO of the Tirecraft Group in Alberta Canada, a COO of the Mikron Technology Group and an Executive Vice President of ABB Business Services and ABB Automation. He also held management positions at DEC and Apollo Computer. After completing his PhD at the Institute of Technology of Zurich, Switzerland he joined the IBM T.J. Watson Research in Yorktown Heights, New York. Dr. Jean-Michel Locarnini holds an Engineering Degree in Material Sciences from the Institute of Technology of Zurich, Switzerland.
