OUR APPROACH

Amvrin Systems creates the entire project plan well in advance and sends it to the client on project commencement. The plan includes intermediate milestones, completion dates and identifies resource allocations. This allows the Client to track the project status and compare it to the baseline.

Every week and at every major milestone, we update the client on the project status with reference to the original plan.

Task Scheduling and Tracking

Identification of roles and assignments to different people
Scheduler programs to track role-wise tasks
Regular access to tasks and review by management
Security levels for task deletions and modifications

Status Reporting

During the course of the project, issues may be raised that need to be resolved. Issues typically are internal, technical or commercial. Our project status reporting captures & tracks these issues.

The report normally has the following details:

Tasks completed during the previous week with reference to the schedule
Plans for tasks that are not on schedule.
Any changes to the original schedule
Technical clarifications
Responses to any queries or feedback
Details of any activity, procedure or task if asked for by the client
