Amvrin Systems creates the entire project plan well in advance and sends it to the client on project commencement. The plan includes intermediate milestones, completion dates and identifies resource allocations. This allows the Client to track the project status and compare it to the baseline.
Every week and at every major milestone, we update the client on the project status with reference to the original plan.

Status Reporting
