Outsourcing Process
Process of outsourcing generally encompasses four stages:
Strategic Thinking - Develop organization's Vision & Philosophy about the role of outsourcing in its activities.
Evaluate and Select - Identify appropriate outsourcing projects and potential locations for the work to be done and service providers to do it.
Contract Development - Contract should cover the legal, pricing and service level agreement (SLA) terms and conditions.
Outsourcing Management - Define a clear structure on how the Outsourcing relationship between the Client and the Provider will be governed, measured and maintained
In all cases, outsourcing success depends on following three factors. We proactively work with our Clients to make each outsourced project a success story.
Executive-level support - Client organization should have an Executive level support for the outsourcing vision, mission and its objectives.
